Overall, 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing complex engagements and programs within the technology industry. Demonstrated expertise in overseeing teams spanning multiple roles and functions, including project management, development, architecture, QA, and DevOps. Exceptional skills in managing engagements with offshore teams, particularly those involving Indian offshore development centers. Proven ability to deliver high-impact executive-level presentations and lead strategic discussions with C-level stakeholders. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
