Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates TITLE-Planning Project Manager (PMP) LOCATION-Richmond, VA Hybrid DURATION-6+MONTHS VISA-US Citizen, Greencard Holder, TN Visa, EAD, OPT, H4-EAD IMP SKILLS- *Plan, lead, organize, and motivate teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business Required 8 Years *Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and software systems, including Azure Required 8 Years *Escalate and track impediments, help identify and address critical bottlenecks, encourage collaboration between teams, Engineering, and Enterprise Arch Required 8 Years *Facilitate synchronization meetings e.g. Scrum of Scrums and Program Committee Meetings. Coach Managers, Teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practice Required 8 Years *Experience in IT Infrastructure delivery (networking, physical plant, vendor management, site provisioning) is preferred. Required 8 Years *PMP or Qualified under Commonwealth of Virginia Qualification Standards for IT Project Managers for Category 4 Projects. Required 8 Years *Drive consistent project delivery through the entire project lifecycle, including Project plans, Release plans, Resource allocation, and management Required 8 Years *Facilitate Planning readiness, Planning events, and execution e.g., Backlogs, Risks, Dependencies, and Objectives. Required 8 Years *Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project management. & Agile Scrum Master certification Required 8 Years *Provide leadership in the establishment and development of resource allocation and schedules Required 8 Years *Ability to lead and direct the software development teams through program increment and program iteration planning. Required 8 Years *Expertise with Project Management tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office. *Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as TFS Required 8 Years *Experience with agile software development for complex Information Technology systems. Required 8 Years *Ability to lead and direct the teams through program increment and program iteration planning. Required 8 Years *PMP and Scrum Master Certification is required. Required 5 Years *Ability to work with customers, understand their business practices and manage their expectations.
