Should have excellent skills in managing a complex program in a dynamic , multicultural, multivendor in geographically distributed environment Should be able to manage all program communication & End to End reporting. Should have demonstrated expertise in identifying and managing risks, issues ,defects, dependencies action items and decision making at program level and at project level Should be able to facilitate meetings across workstreams ( internal & external) Should be able to work with internal & external stakeholders. Should have good understanding about RACI, Program change Management. Should be able to create an E2E program Schedule & maintain it throughout the lifecycle Should have expertise in developing a production deployment plan for program, a backout plan and manage any associated tasks/issues Works with Program Manager Director and Release Train engineers Document artifacts, decisions etc. Should have expertise in arriving LOE & defining program timelines.
