Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead critical initiatives in information security and privacy.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager specializing in Information Security and Privacy, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects that focus on safeguarding our organization's data and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive initiatives to enhance our information security posture.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple projects related to information security and privacy, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with information security and privacy projects, implementing proactive measures to protect sensitive data.

Compliance and Regulations: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001), and implement processes to maintain compliance.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, legal, compliance, and business units, to drive consensus and achieve project goals.

Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, manage budgets, and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and presentations for executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of information security and privacy initiatives.

Team Development: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications highly desirable.

Extensive experience (X+ years) in project management, with a focus on information security and privacy projects within [specific industry or sector].

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget.

In-depth understanding of information security frameworks, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
