EADs Role Overview: As the Oracle Fusion ERP Integration Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing various integration development for Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud for Driven Brands. You will lead and manage the integration activities with the integration lead and team members from the Oracle Fusion ERP Program, ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and completeness of integration development and deployment efforts. Key Responsibilities: Project Manager for coordination of integration development activities across various IT systems and Oracle Fusion ERP. Work with project teams on functional requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment of Integrations. Manage the coordination, analysis, and assessment of project plans for various integration. Coordinate alignment of the integration requirements across various system owners and the business subject matter experts (SMEs). Facilitate, oversee, and create project specific customer & communication documentations. Manage Project deliverables according to the plan and schedule by working closely with all the team members from Oracle Fusion ERP program as well as other systems integrated with Oracle Fusion ERP. Manage escalations in a timely manner and coordinate resolutions to meet the project timelines, scope, and budget. Qualifications & Experience: Hold at minimum a bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline. 10+ Years of experience in managing Technical Integration among various enterprise applications such as ERP, HCM, Point of Sale (POS) systems, Data Warehouse, Business Analytics which are on both on-premises as well as SaaS platforms. Experience in integration with Oracle Cloud ERP, Workday, Google Cloud is preferred. Excellent leadership and interpersonal relationship skills that promote collaboration and transparency across the organization with customer teams. Collaborative style with a demonstrated ability to work within a matrixed environment and with external customers. PMP Certification preferred.
