Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Configuring Salesforce.com (Building Reports, List Views, Creating/Training Users, etc.) Working on Sandbox environments and deploying Change Sets as work is completed. Experience in Sales and Service cloud Understanding of scripting languages or programming experience such as JavaScript, and JQuery. Proficient working with SOQL and SQL Expert knowledge of Lightning Platform and Web Components Experience working with HTML5 / CSS3 Expert knowledge of Salesforce declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Flows).
