The ideal candidate must have experience in working with cross-functional teams to document complex requirements in support of technology change initiatives within the global market. Requirements & Qualifications : Focus includes partnering with Corporate Treasury Liquidity Management, Global Markets and technology teams to document business requirements in support of complex technology change initiatives. Leverage Global Market product (derivatives, swaps, equities, etc.) expertise in the to analyze and document requirements, in partnership with business and technology stakeholders. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally. Identifies and manages program risk and issue resolution, driving root cause analysis and accountability. Removes obstacles and proactively challenges processes in order to ensure work gets done easily and decisions made quickly. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. 3-5 years BA experience, with strong Global Markets product experience Strong financial services and global markets product (derivatives, swaps, equities, etc.) experience Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to document complex requirements in support of technology change initiatives. Experience partnering with enterprise project and change management standards, tools and methodologies. Strong business relationship management and communication skills Solid project management experience and/or PMP is a plus.
