Role: RnD Automation Base Engineering Location: Marlborough MA / Santa Clara, CA Onsite Duration: Contract Details: Engineer - Automation 10+EXP (Mid-Level) Will want candidate to be local and on site ~ 60% or more of the time Will want candidate to be local Marlborough MA and on site ~ 60% or more of the time Member of integrated project team. Taking direction from project lead: Generate project documentation for requirements and testing Deploy and customize existing software library elements per project requirements Perform engineering tests & protocol shakedown Perform formal verification testing Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to process equipment hardware and software Candidates must have experience with system design using: At least one of the following : o Aveva/OSI Pi Historian & Pi Vision o Rockwell PLC, Logix 5000, FT View o Aveva System Platform 2020 Industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, OPC, and EtherNet/IP GAMP5 (V-Model) documentation Verification test planning and execution Cross functional teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.
