Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for the optimization and maintenance of WMS, aligned with the companys business objectives and growth strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement of our WMS capabilities. 2. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Supervise the ongoing maintenance and support of WMS solutions, ensuring high-quality performance. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting professional development and growth. 3. Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate closely with WMS vendors, managing vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts. Evaluate WMS vendor proposals and solutions, ensuring they align with our technical requirements and budget constraints. Oversee vendor performance, holding them accountable for meeting agreed-upon service levels and support standards. 4. System Optimization and Performance Monitoring: Monitor WMS performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecks, and implementing optimization strategies to enhance efficiency.
