Hands-on experience(10+) working with Genesys 8.5 along with Infrastructure deployments and Trouble shooting. 5+ years of experience in Linux OS experience is necessary Excellent Skills over Java Persistence API (JPA), Model View Controller (MVC) architecture, Java Messaging Service (JMS), web services development using SOAP/REST, Cloud Foundry, Kubernetes, Apache Tomcat, Spring, Spring Boot IntelliJ, Junit, Agile practices, CI/CD, Splunk, Dynatrace. Experience in Change Management and Production Ticket resolution for any Genesys issues. Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users. Collaborate with other teams to recognize and help adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity/quality, pipelines analysis, validation, and documentation.
