This can be a Director, Project Manager or even a Business Analyst, they just have to be a Workday recruiting SME with Implementation experience. This position can sit Hybrid/ 3 times a week in the office in Tampa, FL or Brunswick NJ. No relocation. Job Description: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Workday Recruit Subject Matter Expert with hands-on implementation experience. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR technology. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects and managing stakeholders. Workday Recruit certification is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs. Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. Continuous learner mindset and a proactive approach to staying updated on Workday Recruit advancements.
