Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration. 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, leading Salesforce development teams. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
