Description: Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and workstations. Provide support to Cloud Infrastructure Team Set up user accounts, permissions, and security policies. Install and configure software applications as needed. Perform routine system monitoring and maintenance tasks. Apply patches, updates, and service packs to keep systems up-to-date. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Implement and enforce security best practices, including user access control and data protection. Monitor server and network security, detecting and mitigating vulnerabilities and threats. Configure and maintain network services, such as DNS and DHCP. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Collaborate with network administrators on network infrastructure. Monitor system performance and optimize server and network resources. Analyze performance data and implement improvements. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Windows system administration. CompTIA Security+ Certification Required Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., MCSE, MCSA) is a plus. Knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Windows client operating systems. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
