System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize Workday Recruit functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency. Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to authority on Workday Recruit, providing expert guidance to HR and recruitment teams, ensuring best practices are followed. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand requirements, provide insights, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals. User Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Workday Recruit features and functionalities. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Workday Recruit configurations, processes, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Workday Recruit Subject Matter Expert with hands-on implementation experience. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR technology. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects and managing stakeholders. Workday Recruit certification is highly desirable.
