C2C Need LinkedIn profile link My client (advanced services client) is looking for: A Business Analyst with Scrum, NOT a Scrum Master with BA skills (know what I mean) The most important thing to them is that this candidate has worked on a good amount of MOBILE APP PROJECTS! iOS, Android, whatever -- and these should be recent projects!! Any kind of scrum certification is a plus. Job Description: Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements and processes, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to gather requirements and ensure alignment between business units and IT teams. Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiencies, and automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and create detailed documentation. Act as a Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and ensuring the effective implementation of Agile methodologies. Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Remove impediments and barriers that hinder the team's progress, fostering a collaborative and problem-solving environment. Work closely with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure proper implementation of business requirements within Agile frameworks.
