Work closely with stakeholders to understand tool requirements and provide technical expertise to optimize tool performance. Chatbot Development: Lead the development of chatbot applications to enhance customer interactions and internal processes. Implement natural language processing (NLP) capabilities and integrate chatbots with other systems for seamless communication. Technical Team Management: Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, guiding them in best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
