Job Role: Veeva CRM Consultant Location: Bothell, WA 98021 Type: C2C Remote: Yes, but should be able to connect customer when needed. Nearby location ok. Job Description: Must have a good understanding of the CRM data model. Experience in Veeva CRM & Vault. Strong knowledge of Life Science (Pharma) min 3+ years. Veeva CRM Configuration Experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycles, Workflows, apex codes. Manage and have hands-on Experience in Integrations with CRM application. Hands-on Experience in REST API, Loaders, Multichannel. Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. Application Administrative Experience. Strong understanding of IT service management / ITIL foundational architectural concepts (incident, problem, change, configuration mgmt, design, quality management, and IT environments, etc), architecture DevOps methodologies, standards, and tools. Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies. Veeva CRM Configuration Experience including Salesforce. Veeva CRM Certified (optional).
