Implement best practices for performance optimization and data integrity within SSIS workflows. Medicare Stars Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of Medicare Stars program requirements. Utilize knowledge of healthcare quality measures to ensure accurate data representation within databases. Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data integration needs and provide effective solutions. Implement data validation and cleansing processes to ensure the accuracy of integrated data. Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in SQL queries and SSIS packages.
