Please have a look and let me know if you have any suitable candidates Job Title: Lead Mobile Developer Location : Dallas, TX ( Day 1 Onsite) Visa : No H1,TN Responsibilities: Lead the development of mobile applications using the Flutter framework / Android. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for mobile applications. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and support. Work closely with the design and product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Debug and optimize mobile applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile apps with .NET Core services. Implement and maintain data storage solutions using SQL databases. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile app development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Flutter Developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications. Extensive knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart programming language. Experience with Android app development using Java or Kotlin. Proficiency in .NET Core and RESTful API development. Solid understanding of SQL databases, with the ability to design and optimize database schemas. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to mentor and lead a team of developers. Nice to Have: Familiarity with cloud services and serverless architecture. Knowledge of state management solutions for Flutter, such as Provider or Riverpod.
