Services will include: Providing master-level expertise in architecting an overall solution including design and development and implementation for large complex multi-functional enterprise systems. Providing master-level expertise in working with Legacy systems and architecting/redesigning Legacy systems to the cloud-based technology. Lead an implementation of automated system through the development, test and production using the DevOps technology like Copado. Communicating management requirements to support and development teams Evaluating and recommending appropriate technology, tools, and metrics Analyzing technology environments and requirements Creating solution prototype(s), technical documentation, solution development controls and strategies and knowledge/skills transfer Accessing applications to create and deploy services, troubleshooting and resolving application production/post-production issues, documenting, and implementing a container strategy, creating test scripts/automated tests to validate functionality, cloud migration strategies and implementation CONTRACT TERM : The base term of the contract shall be two (2) year(s). The contract shall include a one (1) year optional extension. MQs: At least five (5) years of experience in the past seven (7) years working as a solution architect leading the development of an overall enterprise architecture roadmap for a complex multi-functional enterprise large-scale projects* State of California or other government or commercial entity project using Agile methodology. * A complex multi-functional enterprise large -scale project means a project with 5,000 or more users and involving three major operational business areas and five distributed geographic work locations, implementing a robust, cross departmental, hybrid based environment (On-Premise/Cloud) based, implementing self-service based on workflow management process and technology. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) assessing, choosing the right solutions for the enterprise strategy and business values. In addition, provide architect solutioning at the enterprise level. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) working with Legacy systems and have experience in architecting/redesigning legacy systems to latest cloud based (SAAS or PAAS) technology. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the past seven (7) leading and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) using DevSecOps in an architecture similar to DxP using automation tools such as Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, AWS/Azure DevOps. At least five (5) years of architecture and implementation experience in the past seven (7) years with at least three (3) of the following: Salesforce, Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud, Copado, or Mulesoft. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) years of experience architecting an end-to-end solution which includes presentation layer, middleware layer and database layer. Experience must include architecture and implementing solution to address interoperability, portability, scalability, accessibility, performing risk assessments of third-party platforms and frameworks. DQS: At least five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) years participating with an understanding of implementing cloud security concepts and frameworks, including secure network configuration and protocols, and enabling hybrid network topology and providing remediation/solution for non-compliance systems to meet National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards. At least five (5) years of experience in the last seven (7) years architecting and implementing service orientated architecture using micro-services integration in a hybrid environment for both internal and external facing system. Possession of the following certifications (include a copy of certification with the response): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS (or Azure) Certified Cloud Practitioner or MuleSoft integration Architect Certification Possession of an active Scrum certification. Possession an active ITIL Foundation Certification. Possession of a minimum of two (2) active Salesforce certifications. A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last seven (7) years participating in monitoring and supporting solutions to meet the performance, platform warranty and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) requirements on a complex multi-functional enterprise large-scale project. *A complex multi-functional enterprise large-scale project means a project with 5,000 or more users and involving three major operational business areas and five distributed geographic work locations implementing a robust, cross departmental, hybrid based environment (On-Premise/Cloud) based, implementing self-service based on workflow management process and technology. h.
