End to end management of the SAP Service management function (Service Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management) Experience within ITIL environments and well versed with ASM (Advanced Schedule Management) projects. Experience working in an onshore-offshore model, team building and developing the SAP support team. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong business acumen and presentation skills, ability to think freely and innovatively, strong cultural awareness, respect, diplomacy, and professionalism.
