Architecture and Design: - Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. - Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools that align with project needs. Azure API Management (APIM): - Possess strong expertise in Azure API Management. - Design, implement, and manage APIs within the Azure ecosystem. - Ensure API security, scalability, and performance. Code Review and Quality Assurance: - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards. - Implement and enforce best practices for testing, continuous integration, and deployment. Mentorship and Training: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills of the development team.
