Need Local to California Job Title: Lead Power BI Developer Location: Option 1: Onsite in Los Angeles, California Option 2: Onsite in San Jose, California Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of Power BI solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements. Design and architect scalable and efficient Power BI dashboards and reports that meet the needs of the Asset Management teams. Collaborate with UST Global implementers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of Power BI solutions. Mentor and guide junior developers in the team, providing technical expertise and best practices. Perform data analysis, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Power BI solutions for performance and usability. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Power BI and related technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, etc.). Proven experience as a Lead Power BI Developer, with a focus on asset management. In-depth knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and data modeling concepts. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with UST Global implementations is highly desirable. Requirements: Must be available to work onsite in either Los Angeles or San Jose, California. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
