Role: Program Manager Location: NYC Remote (Must be in CST or EST time zone) Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video/ Phone Need LinkedIn profile link Responsibilities: Create and amplify scalable quantitative partner feedback mechanisms to elevate the voice of the partner Help define the overall strategy for how we leverage quantitative feedback mechanisms to capture the voice of the partner on priority areas of the business Lead all elements of the biannual AWS Partner Survey (questionnaire development with stakeholders, vendor management, fielding, synthesis and dissemination of results and implications) Help define roadmap and priorities for the in-app feedback feature for digital tools Collaborate with the qualitative insights lead, business intelligence team, and data science teams to create a model to execute AI-driven synthesis of qualitative data at scale Identify key areas of opportunity from quantitative feedback to deep-dive on in qualitative partner listening sessions, such as partner roundtable discussions Act as an advisor to stakeholders creating their own surveys on how to collect actionable, unbiased partner feedback to achieve their business objectives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (economics, business analytics, psychology, mathematics, statistics, engineering, etc.) 7+ years of experience in quantitative market research and insights Proven success leading customer or partner focused research projects with demonstrated impact Experience translating data and insights into recommendations and action and driving alignment with large cross-functional teams Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; strong ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization Expertise in survey design and market research best practices Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and good business judgment Experience managing market research vendors on large-scale projects Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with cloud technology space and partner motions Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Quicksight) Expertise in manipulating data in Excel Experience with Python, R, SQL Experience with programming surveys in Qualtrics Thanks, and Regards Akash Mandal | Technical Recruiter Email | trooBell Technologies LLC.
