Location: Onsite NY /NJ Experience:12+ yrs Technical Skills: 12+ Years of Experience as Business Analyst Strong Domain Knowledge - Re-insurance, Demonstrate Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill Experience in Business Writing, Business Process Flow, Business Process Modeling, Business Analysis, Data analysis, Data Mapping, Data Modeling, and testing various methodologies. Strong in written and verbal communication Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business Understanding of Insurance business processes and Sapiens reinsurance master will be a plus Ability to read and analyze the reinsurance Treaty contracts Strong understanding of project life cycle and SDLC methodologies Roles and responsibilities: BA needs to create data mapping from underwriting systems to GDW. Data validation and testing. Data governance related work. Should be able to follow industry best processes. Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and Quality of work. A focus on high quality deliverables and meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communications and experience working with content in multiple mediums. Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment. A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
