Role: Senior User Experience Designer Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite) Type: Contract 10+yrs Mandate Key Responsibilities: Apply HCI principles to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces across various digital platforms. Design/Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces. Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products. Advocate for design best practices and ensure alignment with industry standards. Ensure consistency across all digital platforms, considering responsive design principles. Implement accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure inclusive design practices. Conduct audits and make recommendations for improving accessibility in digital interfaces. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or UX Design. HCI certification is required. Strong proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Knowledge of front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills.
