The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Lead project teams in the execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing effective mitigation strategies. 2. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and expectations. Foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 3. Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Allocate and manage resources efficiently, optimizing team performance and productivity. Identify opportunities for resource optimization and cost savings. 4. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to navigate regulatory challenges and ensure project adherence to industry standards. 5. Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with project implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. Implement effective communication plans to manage stakeholder expectations during periods of change. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking domain, with a track record of successful project deliveries. In-depth knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and technology. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
