Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with business objectives. 3. Allocate and manage resources efficiently, optimizing team performance and productivity. Identify opportunities for resource optimization and cost savings. 4. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulatory requirements. Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to navigate regulatory challenges and ensure project adherence to industry standards. 5. Change Management: Lead change management efforts associated with project implementations, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. Implement effective communication plans to manage stakeholder expectations during periods of change. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the banking domain, with a track record of successful project deliveries. In-depth knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and technology. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
