Duration - 12+Months Location - Windsor, CT Job Description: Ability to lead the team Ability solve complex coding issues Proven successful track record to design application(s) with extensive knowledge in Salesforce Platform with integrations to related systems. Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform. Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Portal/Communities, Marketing, Einstein, CPQ, AppExchange Knowledge and deep knowledge in several AppExchange packages Proven experience with APEX, Visualforce pages, LWC and writing SOQL queries and optimization. Experience in holistic SFDC solutions with a customer 360-degree view, and personalized service & marketing would be advantageous Systems design experience, with the ability to architect or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods. Broad system design and architecture. Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new advancement in Salesforce Platform and be passionate in updated trend. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present in front of senior executives. Experience Required Minimum 8 years of professional experience in solutioning, designing and implementing large scale distributed applications (i.e. several thousand man-days). The candidate must have consulting experience from product or service-based industry specifically in Salesforce Practice. Roles & Responsibilities Creating solutions in Salesforce from business concepts and requirements. Take solution design decision based on the proven experience on adopting the Salesforce Platform. Design application(s) with salesforce best practices and offerings from the SFDC platform. Simplify business problems by mapping them to automation reducing touch points. Transform existing systems into Salesforce, perform PoC and estimation. Apply architecture principle like MDM, Integration Patterns, Large Data Volume, Security, Archival and backup etc. Guide the developers with tools, techniques, best practices and utilities to enhance them, increase productivity and velocity. Work across multiple teams. Documenting the solutions using industry practices with stakeholder views. Ready to get hands dirty with coding.
