Only candidates who are local to Columbus, OH will be considered. and JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to work on our Commercial Banking team for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. Perform detailed business analysis, documenting functional and non-functional requirements. Work with IT teams and business partners to drive successful project implementation from ideation through testing to communicate the business needs. Responsible for mapping documentation and understanding business requirements. Work with Azure Dev Ops tool to capture and track all work for the team. Lead and facilitate meetings to elicit necessary project information. Basic Qualifications: 3 years of progressive experience as a Business Systems Analyst 3 to 5 years of Data Warehouse experience Experience in Snowflake Ability to create ad-hoc SQL queries Data mapping experience for source to target mappings Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Knowledge of the Banking Industry MS Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Experience in writing business requirements, project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
