The role involves developing software architecture, aiding Sprint Planning, designing, testing, and deploying enterprise components for the Scholarship system application on Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate software architecture (solution and information architecture) - 20% Assist in Sprint Planning - 10% Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy Enterprise components related to the Scholarship system application on Microsoft Azure - 60% Impart knowledge and training to Scholarship team members and ODE application developers - 10% Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure, including cloud architecture and adoption strategy development. Proficiency in developing/maintaining Azure cloud native IT systems, migrating .NET applications to Azure, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery in Azure (2 years each). 2 years of experience with Azure Technologies (e.g., Azure Function, App Service), Azure DevOps, and leading Sprint planning activities. 10 years of experience in Microsoft .NET 2.0 and above (C# preferred), Relational database technologies (MS SQL or Oracle), and architecting IT systems using C#. 8 years of experience in leading teams through software development stages and 5 years in Test Driven Development, test automation, and Agile Development Methodologies using TFS. 3 years of experience with Angular 7.0 or above with TypeScript, Bootstrap, Jasmine, Karma (or other Angular testing framework), other web UI development tools/languages (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, MVC), .NET CORE 1.0/2.0 using C#, and ORM Tools (Entity Framework or equivalent).
