Job will also entail monitoring, optimizing, tuning and troubleshooting WebSphere applications. The successful candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in WAS/Tomcat/JBoss and their related components. The candidate will be a self-motivated individual who works well with groups and independently with minimal supervision to achieve stated goals and project tasks. Required Job Qualifications: * Excellent knowleddge of administrating WebSphere Application Server/Tomcat/JBoss servers * Infrastructure Automation (such ansible tool preferred) * Operations Management and IT standards, procedures, and policies * Experts level knowledge of IBM WAS/Tomcat/JBoss in design, installation, fixpack upgrade, migration, and configuration * Experts level knowledge with WAS horizontal/vertical Clustering * Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts / processes * Understanding of business priorities (e.g., vision), trends (e.g., industry knowledge) and markets (e.g., existing/ planned) * Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills are required; teamwork and collaboration * Problem solving / analytical skills, tools and techniques with experience in troubleshooting WAS/Tomcat/JBoss issues as well as other complex performance issues * Ability to create long and short term plan and prioritize tasks and make trade-off decisions * Ability to drive cross functional executions and manage project schedule * Adaptability and ability to introduce / manage change with ServiceNow and Jari * Basic understanding of AIX/RedHat/Windows administration and including basic scripting Required Qualification(s) Keywords: information technology green card Illinois http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=959932&uid= |
