CompTIA ITAM Certification SAM Certification HAM Certification ITIL Certification CAMP CSAM IAITAM Basic Qualifications: 7 years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups. 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps and transform scripts. 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations. All other duties as assigned or directed. Candidate must be ITAM certified. Must have extensive experience with ITAM and ITSM Extensive development and scripting experience Experience developing Scope applications. Heavy front end development Workflow automation Service management knowledge Desired Skills: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Software Asset Management ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Data Import experience Agile development System integration (SOAP, REST, Stored Procedures, Queues, etc.) JavaScript, REST and SOAP integrations Experience with process flow documentation creation.
