Develop processes, policies, standards, systems, and measurements to manage ANFs IT asset portfolio. Assist in budget planning and cost optimization related to IT assets. Generate reports on asset utilization, costs, and compliance. Coordinate with global vendors to track all assets received and moved into production or Depot environments. Manage IT Retail asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and project objectives.
