Job Role: SAP HCM Consultant (MDM) Location: Sheboygan, WI (Preferred) OR Travel at least 2 weeks in a month Duration: Long term Job Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience. Effectively analyse and document business and system requirements, functional specifications, user cases and workflows. Design and validate solution with stakeholders through workshops, or mock-ups. Experience in Conducting workshops with product Owners and Technical teams on Data Migration and Integration activities in SAP Finance or other party systems. Work on the end-to-end implementation life cycle of the SAP HCM HR Data Management for PA/OM/Time Submodules. Liaise with technical leads / architects from other workstream to ensure solution alignment with design standards. Design solutions that ensure optimal performance, quality, scalability, and security. Provide user support to facilitate rapid adoption of standard tools and platforms, speeding time to value of the new solution capabilities. Effectively communicate with IT/business stakeholders and conduct show and tell sessions. 7-8 + years of experience on the SAP MDM (Data Sync) in HCM. Familiarity with Master Data Sync process & integrations with SAP and Third-party systems. Familiarity with ServiceNow integration with SAP and Third-party systems (Added Advantage). Good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to clearly articulate solutions to business problems.
