Please find the Job Description below Role: Cloud Architect/ Zero Trust Architect Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Work Authorization: Only with Secret Clearance NEED WITH ANY SECRET CLEARANCE This role, fully Remote, would provide Cloud and Zero Trust advisory, strategy, and cost estimating services to support Zero Trust strategy outcomes Responsibilities: Seeking highly skilled subject matter experts to provide Cloud and Zero Trust advisory, strategy, and cost estimating services to support Zero Trust strategy outcomes. Provide advisory for Zero Trust strategy, development of a phased implementation plan for Zero Trust, The FAA requires these subject matter experts to possess a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and practical experience. Should have familiarity with Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure Well-versed in Zero Trust architecture, including the recommended guidelines and standards for development, delivery, and operations across various cloud platforms. Explore Zero Trust Network Architecture patterns EON ZTA requirements across multi cloud services providers (AWS and Azure) and provide designs for seamless communication from on-premises FAA network Ensure encryption from any endpoint used to the Zero Trust gateway is implemented. Technical insight and recommendations for the execution of designs, architectures, and frameworks spanning various Zero Trust tools Provide FAA with its best solution and must support assessment of ZTA readiness for C3IT and EON and other mission specific applications, systems, networks, data, users, and identities. Provide oversight for determining the maturity of GSA and CISA ZTA maturity in relation to FISMA metrics and RMF program requirements. Provide assessment of Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA) and document the findings. Suggest target state architecture for ZTA/ZTNA for applications, systems, and platforms. Provide SME support to System Owner and in-house cybersecurity personnel for ATO activities and identify gaps for ZTA readiness. Provide architecture patterns and alternatives to bridge the gaps in FAAs ZTA readiness plan for C3IT, EON and other applications. Conduct POC/POV of ZTA products and solutions fitment for C3IT and EON applications and platforms. Provide a refined cost estimate and roadmap to attain the desired level of ZT maturity.
