Contractor will provide these services to the Department. CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: The Contractor must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: 3 years of experience in managing information technology projects. 3 years of experience in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management. 3 years of experience with change management procedures. 3 years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams. 3 years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups. CONTRACTOR STAFF QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: Active Project Management Professional Certification. 3 years of experience in managing information technology projects. 3 years of experience in developing detailed project documentation for Executive Management. 3 years of experience with change management procedures. 3 years of experience with facilitating meetings. 3 years of experience documenting process flows. 3 years of experience creating and reviewing ERDs 3 years of experience with managing a mix of local/virtual teams. 3 years of experience with management and facilitation of external stakeholder groups. Understanding of business and technology requirements collection methodology. Preferred experience with the Florida PALM project. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: Create required reporting documents, using MS Word, Excel, or other software as assigned by the Department. Schedule and facilitate meetings as directed by the Department. Create and submit an agenda and meeting minutes for the meetings as directed by the Department. Manage the data collection and tracking of functional and technical requirements for system remediations as directed by the Department. Prepare process flow charts, as directed by the Department. Conduct status meetings, project team meetings, and stakeholder meetings as directed by the Department. Attend Florida PALM meetings as assigned by the Department. Assign, track, and monitor Florida PALM project activities using MS Word, Excel, Project, or other software as assigned by the Department. Develop project plans and reports, using MS Word, Excel, Project or other software as assigned by the Department. Provide weekly updates on current task status, project plans, and reports as directed by the Department. Communicate in person, verbally, or in writing, with project teams and stakeholders as directed by the Department. Perform analysis and produce project documents and briefings as assigned by the Department. Assist the Department with change management aspects from FLAIR to Florida PALM as requested by the Department. As directed by the Department, coordinate with the Departments Strategic Process Management team to develop and deliver training to Department end users.
