In this role, you will collaborate closely with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI development, proficiency in Streamlit, Flask, Dash, and experience with data platforms like Snowflake. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a UI Engineer with a focus on building interactive front ends Expertise in Streamlit, Flask, Dash, and Snowflake Strong understanding of data visualization principles Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional team Responsibilities: Partner closely with S&OP business stakeholders to understand requirements and objectives for analytical applications Translate business needs into effective and intuitive user interface designs Utilize expertise in Streamlit, Flask, Dash, and Snowflake to architect and build interactive front ends for analytical applications Stay updated on the latest advancements in UI technologies and recommend relevant improvements to our tech stack Lead the design and implementation of visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces Work collaboratively with UX designers to ensure a seamless and delightful user experience Implement interactive charts, graphs, and data visualizations to effectively convey complex agricultural analytics Ensure optimal performance and responsiveness of the front-end applications Integrate the UI with Snowflake, ensuring smooth data retrieval and interaction with the analytics platform Collaborate with backend engineers to establish efficient data pipelines Conduct thorough testing of the front-end applications to identify and address any bugs, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks Ensure a high level of quality and reliability in the developed interfaces Create detailed technical documentation for UI components and functionalities Provide clear guidelines for future maintenance and updates Keywords: user interface user experience Minnesota |
