Senior Network Engineer Onsite Denver, Colorado ( need local candidates) Duration: 6 months Responsibility: As a Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a critical role in troubleshooting and resolving escalated Access and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) device field issues. Your responsibilities will include assessing existing technologies to identify performance and capacity gaps, establishing security, connectivity, and access parameters, and making recommendations to optimize network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for testing and tuning security devices and systems, programming routers and switches, and implementing communication technologies, both data and voice. This position involves managing network services from the planning phase through implementation. Must have Minimum 10 years of experience in network engineering. Advanced knowledge of the DOCSIS and EPON standards. Proficiency in working with CMTS platforms, including Cisco cBR-8, Arris E6000, and Casa C100G. Experience with R-PHY, including Harmonic CableOS and Pebble 1 & 2. Working knowledge of EPON platforms, such as ADTRAN 95XX and SDX-6210, and Vecima (Nokia) 7360 and Distributed Access Architecture SF-4x, SC-2D3. Familiarity with switch platforms, including Cisco NCS/ASR and Juniper PTX/QFX/ACX. Expertise in routing protocols, including OSPF, ISIS, BGP, and v4/v6 Multicast. Ability to write technical documentation.
