Job Description: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects. Ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals and adherence to quality standards and project management best practices. Summary Of Duties Responsibilities: Certified Recruiting/Onboarding management consultant with an experience of 8 - 10 years Implementation count between 2 - 3 and having played a role of lead or by supporting the lead functional consultant. Good knowledge around Process designs and Personas of SuccessFactors Onboarding module Strong configuration skills around Core functionality Strong configuration skills around Core functionality of Recruiting like requisition templates, candidate management, interview process, offer letters etc. Strong configuration skills around integrated data flow from Recruiting to Onboarding to Employee Central module. Strong configuration skills for RMK - Career site. Strong configuration skills for Pre boarding site. Strong configuration skills on building and auto populating Custom Joining forms Well versed in available standard reports, Business Rules and Notifications. Localized Onboarding process knowledge around the globe. Lead or supported the Data Migration workstream of RCM with key activities around Recruiting Data Templates preparation (Candidate profile, Candidate Application, Open Job requisition migration) , transformation, validation and Data load. Actively participated or supported in Design, Playback and UAT workshops. Active certifications in Onboarding 2.0 would be added advantage. Good Communication and Teamwork skills. Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0 module. Support and enhance SuccessFactors components on Onboarding functionalities. Configure SuccessFactors components Onboarding functions to meet client needs. Educate markets on alternatives for system configuration and design. Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed. Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations. Requirements: Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0 module (at least 2 implementation projects). Must have worked on Email Templates, Custom data collection Objects, Crossboarding, Offboarding. Must have experience in configuring ONB Business rules. Must be Certified in SuccessFactors ONB2.0 module. Proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners. Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite Driving the development of functional and systems specifications Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members Has an in depth understanding of HR processes guided by precedents and previous experience to review evaluate and prioritize tasks Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment Good to have: Experience on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment modules. Skills required: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding2.0. Experience on SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment. Experience on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
