Responsible for Guidewire solution identification for key integrations like Enterprise car rental, Agero towing service, CCC for car damage estimations & Salvage implementation Subject Matter Expert for Guidewire ClaimCenter key functionalities like Claims Assignments, Activities, Exposure Assignments, Payments, Subrogation, CLUE and CLUP. Design workflows and process diagrams to derive requirements from the existing application. Design Wireframes for the proposed application Develop Traceability Matrix by mapping business requirements and test cases to ensure that all business requirements are addressed during testing phases. Responsible to create or update Business Specification Documents (BSDs) after requirement signoff from business users.
