Management is flexible with regards to if a contractor wishes to start their day at lets say 7:30 AM. However, they need to be available during DOC's core hours.*** Position Description: DOC requires the services of a Business Analyst staff augmentation consultant to assist the technical staff in gathering and documenting the system functional and system requirements for new development projects and enhancements to existing applications for DOC and Pennsylvania Parole Board (PPB) users.
