Perform complex statistical analyses and create predictive models to provide insights that impact strategic decisions. Conduct exploratory data analysis from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns, and identify member behavior trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy. Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize Remote Assessment use cases. Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong focus on data analytics. Proficiency in using advanced statistical tools, machine learning techniques, and programming languages, notably Python. Extensive experience with Data Bricks and its integration with other data science tools. Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. Experience in using data visualization tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
