We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Automation Engineer with experience in Salesforce Billing automation to become an integral part of our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on all automation activities within your area of responsibility. We are looking for a leader with proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, who can ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Remote work options are available. Future Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with QA leaders, Scrum Leaders, and domains to develop, build, and maintain testing strategies, activities, processes, and automation repositories. Engage with teams to manage test deliverables, allocate resources, and ensure the quality of testing for the organization's Salesforce platform. Work closely with development and QA teams to address bugs, errors, and requirement updates. Contribute to the code review process to enhance code quality. Mentor Automation Engineers in Salesforce software quality. Required Skills & Experience : 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Billing automation. Automation Framework Development: Hands-on experience creating various automation frameworks from scratch using tools such as UFT, Selenium, or other commercial testing tools. Excellent knowledge and experience in developing strategy and implementing test automation in collaboration with Business teams and functional SMEs. Strong working experience and understanding of large, complex Salesforce projects, with proficiency in navigating Salesforce. Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization. Strong knowledge of Visual Basic scripting or other Object-Oriented programming languages. Strong coding and debugging skills. Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries to validate data in databases. Proficient knowledge in hybrid framework development and implementation. Maintain test automation frameworks and coding standards based on industry best practices. Execute automation implementations within specified timelines. Ability to communicate clearly across multiple audiences, including Business, Development, and QA.
