C2C MAX Job Description: Adhering to SLAs ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to Helping team members in case of Issues/Technical Problems Handling tickets / requests Troubleshooting technical issues Ensuring that the processes are adhered to Responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA Implementing new technologies and design changes Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level Day-to-Day reporting analysis tasks Interaction with various technical tracks Vendor co-ordination & follow up Handling escalations Required Skills Good Knowledge about ITIL, CMMi framework Good to have knowledge of at least one of the programming languages (C#, VB.NET, Windows Scripting, Java/J2E) Good knowledge of Windows servers OS, worked on latest Windows servers an IIS versions. Understanding and experience on deployments and release management Extensive knowledge of App/Web server IIS, Weblogic, Apache, Tomcat Extensive knowledge of IIS & .Net architecture Web site, application hosting on IIS Security vulnerability and remediation on IIS SSL installing, upgrade Basic understanding of Load balancer, Server Cluster Understanding around on setting up Scheduled Tasks and Service Accounts usage. Basic understanding of Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk. Basic understanding of Networks with skills around Telnet, Netstat, DNS and AD fundamental Troubleshooting applications on Windows/Unix platform and interact with DB and infra teams.
