Role: CRM Dynamics Integration Consultant Location: 100% remote Must be a current Wisconsin resident Duration: 6+ months contract with likelihood for extensions Interview: Video/ Phone Need LinkedIn profile link Technologies: CRM Dynamics, MPP, Power Aps, Power Automate, C#, .NET Core, SQL, SharePoint, Azure DevOps Job Description: Under the general supervision of the Collaboration Solutions Team and, in the Division of Enterprise Technology (DET), Bureau of Business Application Services (BAS), this CRM Architect III position administers, leads design, development, support, and coordination activities for Microsoft Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Dynamics 9.x applications and Microsoft Power Platform (MPP) applications. The consultant will manage CRM applications that include .Net portals, integrations, plugins, and reporting. The consultant will provide Governance, development (Flows, Canvass apps), administration, Utilize COE, report and create dashboards for MPP. Additionally, the consultant will be responsible for reporting to the managing supervisor, working in a team environment, and providing updates to customers in weekly meetings. The consultant will be responsible for re-platforming legacy applications, establishing vision, providing strategies, and goals to manage software. Key responsibilities: Ensure the Application Integration & Development process is managed properly to achieve the overall business goals. Act as a Liaison for MPP and MSFT CRM Dynamics to the DET Technical Teams including software development, security, infrastructure, and others. Planning and direction for the implementation and operation of statewide and internal systems including roadmaps as needed. Product development, implementation, and leadership skills to ensure the timely delivery of internet and intranet applications. Ensure security compliance, data protection, recovery time, and assesses impacts of outages. Identify and support enhancements and ongoing maintenance of applications to improve security posture. Manage, develop, lead, and maintain MPP and CRM Dynamics 365 systems and procedures for the DOA Divisions by examining business functions and processes, organizational structure, job responsibilities, information flow, and computer equipment. Consult with programming staff and other enterprise technology staff to determine appropriate system technical design. Develop and maintain tool usage standards with formal technical procedures and documentation. Requirements: Senior level CRM Dynamics Development experience (design, develop, administer, and implement) MPP Development experience using MPP components such as Power Aps, and Power Automate. Experience developing solutions using C# .NET Utilizing MSFT SQL Management Studio developing SQL objects that connect to SharePoint and MPP.
