Position - Sr. Java Backend Lead Duration - 12+Months Location - Buffalo Grove, IL Job Description: 8+ years of overall IT experience including the following: 8+ years with Strong core java development experience 4+ years leading a team of Java developers 6+ years of development experience Spring Boot 4+ years of development experience MongoDB & Kafka 4+ years of experience with microservices architecture 4+ years of experience working in an Agile based development environment. 3+ years experience with AKS 2+ years of experience with Angular, React etc. RxClaim (Preferred) Roles & Responsibilities Ability to drive, design and development of Microservices using Full Stack JAVA experience. Ability to build components compatible to cloud and CI/CD Requires good communication skills, written and verbal, with heavy client contact. The process requires interaction with client technical contacts as well as internal business users, strong analytical skills, and a strong understanding of the Technical Stack. Cloud development experience, Rest API development, SQL Migrate existing database to PostgreSQL Generic Managerial Skills Should be able to technically lead a team of 3-4 resources.
