Duration: 12 months Visa: No CPT/H1B/OPT Must have: PMP certification Bachelor's degree in a related disciple Minimum 8 years of experience in leading enterprise-wide projects. Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction and/or infrastructure domain in health care organizations/hospital or clinic builds. Excellent project management skills to manage complex projects. Experienced in managing project budgets OpEx and CapEx. Experienced in at least one PPM tool Service Now ITBM/ Clarity/ Planview, etc. Advanced team building and facilitation skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), MS Project, Smartsheet.
