They need a Sr. Level Analyst that has understanding of Core Payroll, understanding of Workday Payroll from an implementation/configuration perspective, and can really add value to Payroll at an organizational level to support them through this implementation. You need to be well-versed in Core Payroll, Workday Payroll, Payroll Implementations, Payroll Reporting, Payroll Testing, Knowledge Transfer to FTEs, and implementer accountability to be successful in this role. You're expected to be on-site in NYC on a hybrid schedule 2-3 days a week, and expected to convert into an FTE after the initial 6 month contract. While the customer is flexible on some of these logistics, the closer the better to ensure you will be marketing yourself competitively.
