Need Local candidate Role : DevOps Engineer Location : West Chester, OH (Need Local) Duration : 12+ Month Rate : $50/hr Max MOI : Phone/Skype Visa : USC/GC Overview: A DevOps Engineer who manages and improves the communication between the operational and developmental sides of the software development process. Their main duties include launching product updates, locating production errors and issues and building integrations that improve users experience. Responsibilities: Guide teams in designing, building, testing and deploying changes to existing software Enhance the companys IT infrastructure security protocols Identify manual processes that can be automated Consider the organizations entire IT infrastructure when making changes and improvements Maintain and improve the companys cloud infrastructure Qualifications: 3 years of prior experience required. Need a combination of Linux and Windows experience such as - Linux Skills at an admin level. Linux Scripting (Bash). Advanced GIT knowledge. Groovy Scripting (Jenkins Scripting). GitLab Experience. Jenkins experience. Python in a Linux environment. AND Windows skills at an admin level. Windows Scripting (Windows Batch, PowerShell, ...). MS Visual Studio knowledge (Use of VS, Development of templates, interfacing to the Micro Focus system, support of developers, interfacing with GIT and TFS). Team Foundation Services experience.
