Position: S4 HANA FICO Consultant Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite with hybrid) Need Locals to California Duration: 12+ Months Contract Job Description: Gain a complete understanding of each workstream in Global Accounting. Serve as a subject matter expert in areas of General Ledger, International Accounting, and Fixed Asset. Act as a key contributor to S4 HANA implementation, including strong leadership in: General Ledger Document Splitting Data Migration International Accounting Fixed Assets Create, document, and ensure business requirements are met during delivery. Good understanding of how each workstream interconnects and consider the holistic impact on the entire system. Collaborate with IT to ensure business requirements are translated to detailed functional requirements for the design and delivery of functionality. Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing and assist in the resolution of any functional issues. Ensure data integrity and accuracy during data migration, performing reconciliations and validation. Provide oversight of project deliverables; maintain implementation progress. Supervise project team members. Be the bridge between business users and IT.
